Refund policy

Return Policy – Color Girl Boutique

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, approved/eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.  Store credit or exchange will be the only option after the 7-day window.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, returned with all original tags and in their original condition to be eligible.

Please note that clearance items, accessories, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.  Items from Couture Closet are eligible for return for a Store Credit only.  All sales on discounted items are considered final at the time of purchase and cannot be returned.

Color Girl Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
